The Tools for Learning workshops relate to
Connected Learning with a focus on Literacy & Numeracy.
The workshops will present different activities to assist with
using technology in the classroom.
Cost
$44.00 inc GST per participant is required to cover
the cost of the day.

A simple, inexpensive Teaching Solution
A Bluetooth tablet may be used with both Win and Mac computers and with all software. They provide a mobile, inexpensive, flexible demonstration tool appropriate for teaching any subject.
This session will focus on:-
*The features of the Bluetooth tablet,
*A range of IWB software that works with the tablet, including Activstudio,
*The handwriting recognition and annotation options currently available.
*How all tablets enhance and expand the features of many applications including Adobe and Corel.

A range of ways in which digital stories may be presented will be demonstrated and participants are encouraged to bring their USB drive to take home examples developed in the workshop
